Here I am. The holidays are gone, travel is over, and real life is back. I worry for my children. The have inherited all the good health and all the bad health that genetics are good for. Who to blame? Noone, Everyone!
Every person is the architect of their own character. Day by Day, what you choose, what you think, and what you do is who you become. I love that quote. It allows for invention, and reinvention.
I am not feeling well (lately that is not saying anything new). Just old age I think.

You just miss me. But, aren't you glad I checked your blood pressure that day? So my first one on me was right... 50 something over 20 something...amazing we are both still alive. I miss you...even you yelling at(encouraging)me to get better and do something.
